Prices 
All prices include final cleaning, bed linen, towels, WiFi and parking – only €2.60 local tax per person per night (from 15 years) is added.
Dogs are welcome on request – the price is €20 per night per dog. Our property is completely fenced in.

Check-In & Check-Out 
On the day of arrival, the villa is available from 4:00 pm. 
On the day of departure, please vacate the house by 9:00 am. 

Check-In 
Upon check-in, a key box is available directly at the house. You will receive the code to open it via email a few days before arrival. In case of any issues, you can reach us at any time. We live only 7 km away from the villa. 

Reservation - Deposit 
After our reservation confirmation, we kindly ask for a 30% deposit of the total booking amount. 

Cancellations 
Room cancellations are only valid in writing. 
100% of the paid deposits are refundable if canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of the paid deposits are refundable if canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refund for later cancellations. 25% deposit is due on the day of booking. The remaining amount is due 7 days before arrival. 
In case of early departure, we will charge 100% of the booked stay. Legal venue Zell am Ziller. 

We recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance.
