Arrival & Departure
On the day of arrival our villa is at your disposal from 16.00 hrs.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the house by 09.00 am..
CheckIn
At check-in you will find a key box directly at the house. You will receive the code to open it by e-mail a few days before arrival. If there are any problems, you can contact us at any time. We live only 7 km from the villa.
Reservation - Deposit
After our reservation confirmation we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the booking amount.
Cancellations
Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
Up to 3 months before the start of your vacation, there are no cancellation costs for you.
From 3 months to 1 month before the start of your vacation we charge 40%, from 1 month to 1 week before the start of your vacation we charge 70%, in the last week before the start of your vacation we charge 90%. In case of early departure we charge 100% of the booked stay. Place of jurisdiction Zell am Ziller.
We recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance.
